Causa:

About Me

Contemporary Art Gallery

Causa

Causa is an international contemporary art gallery dedicated to exploring the artistic practices of our time. Causa stands for friendship, encounter, collaboration, and mutual respect. In this space, there are no hierarchies; every artistic perspective is valued and embraced equally.

The gallery brings together artists, collectors, researchers, and diverse audiences, fostering critical dialogue between art, society, and contemporary thought.  The gallery maintains a close and collaborative relationship with its artists, supporting the development of their projects through exhibitions, public conversations, residencies, educational initiatives  and outreach programs, participation in international art fairs, and art auction programs.

Philosophy

Art is not merely an aesthetic practice, but a form of thought capable of generating questions, provoking reflection, and opening new possibilities for interpreting the world. The gallery is grounded in four core principles:

Artistic Research

We support practices that understand art as a process of conceptual and formal exploration.

International Dialogue

We encourage exchange between artists and cultural scenes from diverse geographies.

Contemporary Curatorship

Each project is developed through a curatorial vision that articulates discourse, space, and experience.

Commitment to the Present

We are interested in art that engages with the social, political, and cultural debates of our time.
