International Open Call Illustrations
Conceived as an open curatorial platform, the gallery brings together artists, collectors, researchers, and diverse audiences, fostering critical dialogue between art, society, and contemporary thought.
Participate in our open international call for entries. Submissions are currently open for the illustration category.
International Open Call
Considerations
All participants agree to comply with the following considerations:
a). National and international artists participate.. It is NOT necessary to participate in all themes and/or types (Important). Participants decide which themes and/or types they want to participate in (Important).
b) Diverse types and/or themes. Various Measures: Artistic Illustration, Editorial Illustration, Comic Book Illustration, Advertising Illustration, Letter or Lettering Illustration, Humorous Illustration or Caricature, Technical Illustration, Biological, Botanical and Zoological Illustration, Historical Illustration, Mural illustration, Satirical Illustration, mixed media illustration, realistic illustration, retro illustration, fantastic illustration, scientific illustration; or any other type or theme .
c). The call is open to professionals and future professionals with published and unpublished projects. Applicants may submit a minimum of one and a maximum of four proposals
d) All illustrations submitted undergo a selection process. Only those artists who are selected will be included in the exhibition.

Deadline: May 31 , 2026
Selected Projects: June 20, 2026
Opening July 15, 2026
Exhibition: July 15- July 25, 2026
Information
To participate, the submitted information must comply with the following requirements:
A) Illustration Information
Please provide a PDF or Word document including the following details: Title of the illustrations, brief description (what the work represents or conveys), Technique or medium used, Year of creation
B) Image of the illustration
Please attach an image of the illustration. The image file must be compressed in RAR or ZIP format before submission. The file name must follow this format:
Country + Artist’s Last Name + Title of the Illustration
Form Applications
Enter an “active and primary” email for communications (very important). Check your “main mail” and also the “spam mailbox”. We recommend that you add the email to your address book: hello@causaartgallery.com
You may submit the application form as many times as necessary.
Please verify that the extension of the “files” to be sent meets the requirements of the “Submission Form”. If the images to send exceed 8 MB, you can use the file transfer tools: Wetransfer, Google Drive or “similar” to send your project and notify the email: hello@causaartgallery.com
